1. Please note that by using our service and underlying platform hosting it, you understand and agree the Dapp, protocol, software and all contents are provided on an “as is” basis. We have done reasonable efforts, research and testing to ensure the underlying software and platform are secure and functional.
2. ArcMind AI does not give any warranties or representation of any kind, whether express or implied regarding the service’s suitability. ArcMind AI will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether such loss is direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered by any party due to their use of ArcMind AI service and underlying software.
3. ArcMind AI is an Beta Release Dapp. While the ArcMind AI team will do everything we can to keep it stable, it is still in active development. From time to time, the Smart Contract Canisters running ArcMind AI Dapp will undergo upgrades and/or may stop in order to facilitate bug fixing, security updates or to prevent malicious acts. While loss of data is extremely unlikely, it is still possible at beta stage. We alert users to exercise precautions when using the Dapp.
4. By using the ArcMind AI Dapp, you agree to not use it for illegal activity or to produce offensive content. As ArcMind AI is in beta release stage, a full content moderation system is not fully in-place.
5. ArcMind AI will never share or sell your data to a third party. The backend Canister smart contracts are all operated in Dfinity Internet Computer Blockchain mainnet directly. More details about privacy policy in related to ArcMind AI App is available at https://arcmindai.app/privacy.
6. ArcMind AI Dapp is integrated with NFID for users authentication and connect to your own instance of ArcMind AI. There is no separate user signup process.
7. From time to time, we make changes to these Terms to reflect the new functions in ArcMind AI. Any modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately after it is posted online at its main app domain https://arcmindai.app. By continuing using the ArcMind AI Dapp, you agreed to the new Terms.
